The Gathering // Sundays at 10am
This week we continue our study of the book of Acts and the Apostle Paul on trial. During one the Apostle Paul's defenses and explanations of the faith, he says this:
"But this I confess to you, that according to the Way, which they call a sect, I worship the God of our fathers, believing everything laid down by the Law and written in the Prophets, having a hope in God, which these men themselves accept, that there will be a resurrection of both the just and the unjust."
Paul's point is that the only way to properly understand the Scriptures is to see that they are about Jesus, and they have always been about Jesus. Jesus is the interpretive key to the entire Bible.
